1. The Service
VALUUM is a done-for-you managed front-desk service. We set up and operate a voice agent that answers calls for your business, handles callers, answers common questions, takes messages, and books appointments. It is managed by us, not software you configure yourself.
2. Eligibility
The service is for business use only. You confirm you are at least 18 and authorized to accept these Terms for your business.
3. Your Responsibilities
Provide accurate business information; have the authority to forward your calls and connect your calendar; obtain any consents required in your area for handling and recording calls; and use the service lawfully.
4. Call Recording and Compliance
The service may record or transcribe calls to function and keep records. You are responsible for ensuring call handling complies with the laws that apply to you and your callers. We provide a recording notice within the call flow.
5. Fees and Billing
Fees are billed monthly unless agreed otherwise. No long-term contracts; you may cancel anytime. Any free trial applies only for the stated period. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel anytime, ending service at the close of your current billing period. We may suspend or end service if these Terms are violated or continuing would create legal or security risk.
7. Service Availability
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and are not responsible for failures caused by third-party providers or events outside our reasonable control.
8. No Guarantee of Results
We use reasonable care but do not guarantee any specific number of calls answered, appointments booked, or business outcomes. You remain responsible for reviewing and confirming bookings made on your behalf.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, VALUUM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed what you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind except as required by law.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology of the website and service belong to VALUUM and may not be copied, resold, or reverse engineered without written permission.
12. Indemnification
You agree to hold VALUUM harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or failure to meet legal requirements that apply to your business.
